The group has gained expertise in fusing Glass Fiber or any such filler ( 15%, 20% & 30% ) in PP re-processors granules and also have the distinction of having re-processed difficult material like PA 12 for a State owned Company manufacturing Tele Communication Cables and Optical Fibre Cables.

The company is exploring markets for this product inside our country and overseas well. The product is used mainly for Garbage Disposal Bags. In India it is used for Tarpaulin manufacturing, Furniture parts manufacturing and many re-processed non-food grade use.

In the reprocessing segment, we have gained considerable knowledge and experience in custom making different grades of PP to suit customer's needs of different types. We fuse, additives to enhance the Polymer's Impact strength, Tensile strength Elongation....etc. to meet the customers's expectations. GF PP and TF PP are some of the successful accomplishment in this endeavours of ours'.

The Company has in its Re-cycling unit 04 Single Screw Extruder Lines Vented and non-vented, 03 Washing Units, 06 Scrap Grinders, 06 Mixers, 01 Heavy Duty Industrial Dryer, Shredders, Seaves, Blade Sharpening Units, Welding units, Baling units, ....etc. This gives immense strength and confidence to handle scrap of any size, shape and volume.
